LY DESIGNS POLICIES

Each piece of LY Designs jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipment. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped.



Refunds & Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a store credit. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.



Before returning your merchandise, contact us at info@lydesigns.com for an authorization number.


All returned items must be in their original condition and shipped in their original packaging. Items that are tangled or damaged will not be accepted. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please make sure your item is INSURED and ship it via UPS to:

Repairs:
If your jewelry is damaged due to everyday wear within five months of the sale date, we will repair it free of charge. Simply mail the piece to us with a description of the issue. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.



Wholesale:
If you are interested in carrying LY Designs merchandise in your store, please contact us at info@lydesigns.com. Since each piece is handcrafted, orders will take 3-8 weeks. Please provide a merchant ID# with your order.




Custom Orders:
We love creating custom pieces and will gladly work with you to design a unique item. All sales for custom orders are final. Once your design has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.



Jewelry Maintenance:
All of our jewelry is handmade and extremely delicate. To keep a necklace from tangling, store it in a small bag, and allow the clasp to hang outside the bag. Then place that bag inside another small bag or pouch. To minimize tarnishing with your sterling silver pieces always store them in a plastic bag. For earrings, store them in their original packaging or on an earring stand to avoid tangling.
